This drawing was based off life still images. They were taken and put on paper. We used pencils and color pencils. It was a mixture of color to be able to give it more of a real style trying to show lighting. The sides have a darker contrast and give it more of a texture. The whole piece was not completed.

Cast Shadow project

 

 

My cast shadow project was done with pencil. Its was designed for my art class. It’s a drawing for a key chain and a bracelet stacked on top. It was based on a life still image. I tried to put a shadow on the image to give it a more realistic look. No color was use to make the image look more realistic on its own. The back ground was put on to make it not feel as if it was just in the middle of space or to be unfinished.

My name is Rita im currently a senior. Im planning on attending on attending UT-Austin. The art i most admire is work from Joan Miro, Micheal Angelo, & Dali. I enjoy drawing figures such as square,circles& others.

What I hope to gain from this class is to be able to draw by the time i enter college.
